J&rsquo;ai entendu r\u00e9cemment l&rsquo;histoire d&rsquo;un product designer qui souhaitait mener une user research approfondie pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur d&rsquo;un produit. Lorsqu&rsquo;il a voulu d\u00e9buter la d\u00e9marche de cr\u00e9ation du user persona, son manager l&rsquo;a recadr\u00e9 en lui expliquant que cette d\u00e9marche \u00e9tait inutile puisque le marketing \u00e9tait en train de finaliser les buyer personas.
