Vous sentez une bonne odeur de cr\u00eapes \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, et vous dirigez vers le marchant pour offrir une tourn\u00e9e de cr\u00eapes \u00e0 ceux qui vous accompagnent. Chacun choisi son parfum, vous commandez, vous payez, et apr\u00e8s quelques minutes d’attente vous d\u00e9gustez. Vous venez d’acheter et de consommer un produit. De votre point de vue, c’est une simple cr\u00eape et un moment de plaisir en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du point de vue du marchant, c’est une longue soir\u00e9e qui se poursuit \u00e0 jongler entre la production de la pate, la r\u00e9ception des commandes, la r\u00e9alisation des cr\u00eapes et les encaissements. Du point de vue du responsable de l’entreprise ou de l’entrepreneur, c’est la recherche d’une id\u00e9e de business, la recherche du bon emplacement, l’investissement dans l’outil productif, l’investissement dans l’employ\u00e9, la logistique des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, l’\u00e9tude du parcours client avec l’int\u00e9gration du plateau et de la serviette dans la transaction, etc. Bref, le produit n’est pas simplement l’objet qui fait illusion de simplicit\u00e9 devant le client pour son plus grand bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un produit est la r\u00e9ponse apport\u00e9e \u00e0 un besoin, un d\u00e9sir ou un probl\u00e8me pour une population cibl\u00e9e. C\u2019est la r\u00e9ponse formul\u00e9e face \u00e0 une opportunit\u00e9. Que l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 soit cr\u00e9\u00e9e par celui qui propose le produit ou non. Toute la complexit\u00e9 du produit r\u00e9side dans la R\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l’opportunit\u00e9<\/em>. Un produit n’est pas n\u00e9cessairement un objet unique, cela peut combiner diff\u00e9rents biens et services dans l’objectif d’apporter la r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personas, r\u00f4les, acteurs, organisations, parties prenantes, actionnaires<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans l’univers du product management, les malentendus et les confusions peuvent co\u00fbter cher. J’ai entendu r\u00e9cemment l’histoire d’un product designer qui souhaitait mener une user research approfondie pour am\u00e9liorer l’exp\u00e9rience utilisateur d’un produit. Lorsqu’il a voulu d\u00e9buter la d\u00e9marche de cr\u00e9ation du user persona, son manager l’a recadr\u00e9 en lui expliquant que cette d\u00e9marche \u00e9tait inutile puisque le marketing \u00e9tait en train de finaliser les buyer personas. Cette confusion entre les buyer personas et les user personas peut entra\u00eener de graves cons\u00e9quences pour le succ\u00e8s du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
