L’approche par l’exp\u00e9rience est devenu la norme du product management. Elle allie un persona, Henry<\/em>, qui est un personnage imaginaire repr\u00e9sentatif d’une population, un objectif, arriver \u00e0 l’heure au travail<\/em>, et un parcours sur lequel on va indiquer des \u00e9tapes, des dur\u00e9es, des contraintes et d’\u00e9ventuelles anomalies (pain points).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’approche par l’exp\u00e9rience dans la d\u00e9finition d’un produit est largement influenc\u00e9e par les Value Stream Mapping du Lean Manufacturing, et se d\u00e9cline d\u00e9sormais sous la forme de User Experience Map, de Service Blueprint, de Customer Journey, Story Map, etc. Toutes ces repr\u00e9sentations de processus servent chacune un objectif li\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception optimale d’un produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’hypoth\u00e8se de base est que tout ce que l’on r\u00e9alise est li\u00e9 \u00e0 un objectif plus ou moins clair, le job to be done<\/a>, et que l’atteinte de cet objectif est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une suite d’actions qu’il est possible de d\u00e9crire avec des d\u00e9tails tels que l’outil utilis\u00e9, la dur\u00e9e, les sollicitations ext\u00e9rieures et les probl\u00e8mes v\u00e9cus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorsqu’un produit est propos\u00e9, alors il doit se substituer \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience et d\u00e9montrer qu’il am\u00e9liore la condition pr\u00e9sente pour atteindre le m\u00eame objectif que l’exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. L’approche Lean a formalis\u00e9 les types d’am\u00e9liorations qu’il est possible d’apporter sur une exp\u00e9rience avec les concepts de g\u00e2chis (muda), d’irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s (mura) et d’exc\u00e8s (muri). Huit types de g\u00e2chis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans tous les cas, les exp\u00e9riences sont v\u00e9cues par des clients et utilisateurs tout au long d’un parcours global dont l’objectif est d’attirer le client, de lui offrir la valeur qu’il attend, et de le faire devenir ambassadeur du produit. Cette d\u00e9marche est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le tunnel de conversion<\/em> ou acquisition funnel<\/em> ou AARRR<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
