Celle qui nous fait confondre le prix avec le co\u00fbt. Cette qui nous fait confondre le gain avec l&rsquo;effort. Quand on nous vend un objet, on nous informe que \u00ab\u00a0cet objet vaut 10 euros\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est son prix. Quand on parle de maximiser la la valeur pour le client, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de maximiser le prix mais le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apport\u00e9 par le produit pour la population cibl\u00e9e (l&rsquo;acheteur ou le potentiel acheteur). Quand au \u00ab\u00a0minimum d&rsquo;effort\u00a0\u00bb, il s&rsquo;agit de celui du fournisseur du produit. Il y a pourtant un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice pour le fournisseur et un effort r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le client pour acc\u00e9der au produit. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre l&rsquo;effort et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice nous donne soit une perte, soit un gain. Pourtant, c&rsquo;est la m\u00eame bouteille d&rsquo;eau. Il y a ici deux points de vue \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer : celui du fournisseur de l&rsquo;eau, et celui de l&rsquo;acheteur. L&rsquo;eau \u00e9tant vital, sa valeur dans le d\u00e9sert est importante. Elle peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des bases qualitatives, quantitatives, objectives, subjectives, et influen\u00e7able de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res. Elle est \u00e9galement largement d\u00e9pendante du contexte dans lequel elle est demand\u00e9e : Par qui l&rsquo;estimation est-elle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e ? La personne acc\u00e9dante ou un tiers qui ne s&rsquo;engage pas ? Pour qui l&rsquo;estimation est-elle r\u00e9alis\u00e9e ? Pourquoi ? Comment ? A la suite de quel \u00e9v\u00e9nement ? Est-elle engageante ? Est-ce \u00e0 propos de ce que la population cible serait pr\u00eate \u00e0 investir ? Est-ce \u00e0 propos de la valorisation march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise ? etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques combinaisons qui permettent de se rendre compte que cette histoire de valeur est quelque peu complexe. Essayez d&rsquo;estimer la valeur du point de vue du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et du point de vue du vendeur dans chacun des cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de la proposition<\/th><th>B\u00e9n\u00e9fice propos\u00e9<\/th><th>Outil de mesure du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice<\/th><th>Maturit\u00e9 du produit \u00e9voqu\u00e9<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Le client<\/td><td>\u00e9valuer dans quelle mesure le produit est-il meilleurs qu&rsquo;un produit concurrent dans le cadre d&rsquo;un r\u00e9ajustement budg\u00e9taire<\/td><td>un benchmark bas\u00e9 sur la performance du produit et le service rendu, au regard du prix d&rsquo;achat et de l&rsquo;effort d&rsquo;adoption<\/td><td>id\u00e9e projet\u00e9e sur des powerpoints<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>L&rsquo;utilisateur<\/td><td>gagner du temps pour gagner en productivit\u00e9<\/td><td>la comparaison du temps pass\u00e9 pour atteindre ses objectifs, la disponibilit\u00e9 du service ou la durabilit\u00e9 du produit, etc.<\/td><td>un premier prototype permet de vivre l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Le d\u00e9veloppeur du produit<\/td><td>s&rsquo;assurer de passer du temps \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ce qui apporte r\u00e9ellement quelque chose au client ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisateur<\/td><td>le nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs qui continuent \u00e0 utiliser le produit, le temps qu&rsquo;un utilisateur passe \u00e0 utiliser le produit avant de cesser, etc.<\/td><td>le produit est utilis\u00e9 depuis 2 ans et des mises \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8res sortent<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Le propri\u00e9taire de l&rsquo;entreprise qui vend le produit<\/td><td>\u00e9valuer la profitabilit\u00e9 de son entreprise, ses dividentes, et \u00e9ventuellement ses options d&rsquo;achat-vente sur le march\u00e9<\/td><td>la valorisation de l&rsquo;entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de produit qu&rsquo;elle vend<\/td><td>le marketing a permis de faire beaucoup parler du produit et il est temps de le d\u00e9velopper<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Un prospect contact\u00e9 par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone<\/td><td>\u00e9valuer en quoi il aurait int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 \u00e9couter une personne qui commence \u00e0 lui d\u00e9rouler un discours alors qu&rsquo;il se pr\u00e9parait \u00e0 manger<\/td><td>sa montre et son niveau de faim<\/td><td>le produit fait face \u00e0 une crise suite \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qui n\u00e9cessite des rappels<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Le CEO de l&rsquo;entreprise qui r\u00e9alise le produit<\/td><td>d\u00e9velopper la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de la marque<\/td><td>l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me des produits<\/td><td>le produit en question ne rapportera jamais directement d&rsquo;argent, en revanche il a un impact direct sur l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 des autres produits et sur le cour en bourse de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice <\/strong>et l&rsquo;<strong>effort <\/strong>sont identifi\u00e9s sous diff\u00e9rentes formes \u00e0 la fois du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise qui propose le produit, et du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la cible du produit (client, prospect, utilisateur, etc.).
