Selon que l’on regarde l’effort \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour cr\u00e9er ou adopter le produit ou l’impact final de l’exploitation du produit, la perception de la valeur est d\u00e9j\u00e0 diff\u00e9rente (voir l’article sur le job to be done<\/a>). Selon que l’on se place du point de vue des propri\u00e9taires de l’entreprise qui d\u00e9veloppe le produit, des clients du produit, des utilisateurs du produit, des contributeurs du produit (les collaborateurs), ou d’autres acteurs, la nature de la valeur peut \u00eatre radicalement diff\u00e9rente et les choix d’objectifs peuvent varier. Et selon que le produit existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 en ayant fait ses preuves depuis longtemps ou que le produit soit \u00e0 l’\u00e9tat d’une id\u00e9e avec des hypoth\u00e8ses tr\u00e8s floues, la valorisation peut \u00e9galement changer.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pour une entreprise, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice recherch\u00e9 peut se d\u00e9cliner sous la forme de r\u00e9duction de co\u00fbts, d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la satisfaction client, ou d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de production par exemple. Dans chaque cas, il s\u2019agit soit de modifier la valeur pour le fournisseur du bien ou du service, soit de modifier la valeur pour la population cible. La r\u00e9duction de valeur peut autant se justifier que son augmentation selon le sc\u00e9nario choisi. Par exemple, certaines soci\u00e9t\u00e9s vont chercher \u00e0 vendre moins cher en grandes quantit\u00e9s, pendant que d\u2019autres vont chercher \u00e0 vendre cher en petites quantit\u00e9s.
