Cette \u00e9nergie peut se d\u00e9cliner sous de nombreuses formes telles que de l\u2019argent, le rassemblement de comp\u00e9tences, la formation, la force physique, le parcours d\u2019une distance g\u00e9ographique et l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie d\u00e9pens\u00e9e pour convaincre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous \u00e9voquons l&rsquo;effort beaucoup plus que le co\u00fbt car le second est une composante du premier. Il est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ducteur de ne parler que d&rsquo;un co\u00fbt sur lequel la seule action serait la r\u00e9duction. Un effort peut s&rsquo;accompagner, alors qu&rsquo;un co\u00fbt est une charge \u00e0 supporter et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire. Parfois, le co\u00fbt pour un client est tout simplement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;adoption du produit. En simplifiant l&rsquo;usage ou en sensibilisant sur la performance, l&rsquo;effort est accompagn\u00e9, valoris\u00e9 et psychologiquement r\u00e9duit. L&rsquo;effort du client peut s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans le tunnel d&rsquo;acquisition et \u00eatre jalon\u00e9. Notamment, un environnement \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019infrastructures fiables et disponibles, correctement r\u00e9gul\u00e9 par la loi et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 permet de r\u00e9duire l\u2019effort pour un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice consid\u00e9r\u00e9. Un environnement au tissu industriel performant et correctement sectoris\u00e9 aide notamment une industrie \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper.&nbsp;A l\u2019inverse, un environnement sans r\u00e8gles et avec une forte corruption peut rendre un certain nombre d\u2019actions plus complexes \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter. L\u2019<em>effort initial <\/em>a un sens pour la population cible car elle en retire historiquement un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice, le <em>b\u00e9n\u00e9fice initial<\/em>. L\u2019<em>effort d\u2019information<\/em> r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par la population cible donne quant \u00e0 lui une indication sur son int\u00e9r\u00eat vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019adoption du bien ou du service propos\u00e9.Il consiste \u00e0 se renseigner sur les caract\u00e9ristiques du bien ou service innovant, de se d\u00e9placer pour aller \u00e0 sa rencontre ou \u00e0 celle de son repr\u00e9sentant &#8211; on consid\u00e8rera qu\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un site Internet ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner font partie du d\u00e9placement -, et le temps accord\u00e9 pour en discuter.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Accueil<\/td><td>L\u2019<em>effort d\u2019accueil<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em>consiste, pour la population cible, \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer son environnement de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pleinement du bien ou service innovant qui lui est propos\u00e9.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Paiement<\/td><td>L\u2019<em>effort de paiement<\/em>&nbsp;consiste \u00e0 offrir une contrepartie au fournisseur du bien ou service innovant. Il commence avec l\u2019accord d\u2019accession, la d\u00e9livrance d\u2019une compensation, et le rapatriement du bien ou service innovant chez la population cible. La compensation peut se formuler sous la forme du versement d\u2019une somme d\u2019argent, de l\u2019affichage d\u2019un logo, d\u2019un accord de divulgation d\u2019informations personnelles \u00e0 des tiers, et de nombreuses autres formes.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chacune de ces trois \u00e9tapes engendre des co\u00fbts li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019allocation de ressources mat\u00e9rielles ou humaines, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019immobilisation du bien ou service existant ou de l\u2019infrastructure d\u2019accueil.&nbsp; Tout ceci fait partie int\u00e9grante de l\u2019<em>effort de changement<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019on parle d\u2019une usine qui acquiert un nouveau syst\u00e8me de production, l\u2019<em>effort de changement<\/em> prend en compte les pertes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des biens ou services qui n\u2019auront pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fournis sur cette p\u00e9riode. Tout d\u00e9faut faisant suite au changement est \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 l\u2019effort de changement. On appelle la perte de production li\u00e9e au changement le <em>d\u00e9tour de production<\/em>. Un degr\u00e9 d\u2019engagement peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9 en fonction de l\u2019effort r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les acteurs du changement.
