La proposition de valeur<\/em> (trade-off) est la promesse de gain faite \u00e0 une population cible, \u00e0 travers la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un bien ou service innovant et de ses caract\u00e9ristiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les tentes standard sont compliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 install\u00e9es, et les tentes pop-up faciles d\u2019installation sont tr\u00e8s sensibles \u00e0 l\u2019environnement.<\/td>La tente deux secondes est simple \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer, elle est a\u00e9r\u00e9e et imperm\u00e9able, etc. le tout pour un prix tr\u00e8s abordable au plus grand nombre.<\/td>La vision du camping et de la tente est compl\u00e8tement modifi\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9cart important de complexit\u00e9 entre les tentes standards et la tente deux secondes.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Quelle que soit la structure qui impulse l\u2019innovation, il est important qu\u2019elle soit pouss\u00e9e par un besoin ou un d\u00e9sir et qu\u2019elle soit tir\u00e9e par un march\u00e9 (pull). Beaucoup de potentielles innovations se loupent car elles sont pouss\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 (push) au lieu d\u2019\u00eatre tir\u00e9es (elles arrivent trop t\u00f4t, ne sont pas assez matures pour susciter un int\u00e9r\u00eat, ou le march\u00e9 n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 assez pr\u00e9par\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment agir sur la valeur ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Augmenter la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e, augmenter la valeur apport\u00e9e au client, influencer la valeur per\u00e7ue… nombreux sont les axes d’action sur la valeur en fonction de l’objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
