Ce niveau de maturit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une vision cible, \u00e0 des caract\u00e9ristiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9, ou \u00e0 un niveau technique. Les TRL sont un type de mesure de maturit\u00e9 normalis\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 des technologies industrielles.<\/td><\/tr>
Minimum Viable Product (MVP)<\/td>C’est la version du produit dont la r\u00e9alisation prend le moins d’effort pour atteindre l’objectif business qui permet de passer \u00e0 l’\u00e9tape suivante de d\u00e9veloppement. Son type d\u00e9pend de l’objectif qu’on lui donne :
* Obtenir la confiance des investisseurs. Exemple : D\u00e9montrer une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une fonctionnalit\u00e9 en temps contraint, ou un autre business par ailleurs.
* D\u00e9montrer l’attractivit\u00e9 commerciale. Exemple : D\u00e9velopper une version du produit qui prouve l’int\u00e9r\u00eat de clients \u00e0 payer et \u00e0 recommander.
* Engranger des moyens financiers pour de l’auto-financement. Exemple : D\u00e9velopper une version du produit (parfois une activit\u00e9 annexe) qui permet de rapporter assez d’argent pour d\u00e9clencher de l’auto-financement.<\/td><\/tr>
Product Ecosystem<\/td>Lorsqu’un produit \u00e9volue, de nouveaux besoins apparaissent, des opportunit\u00e9s de combinaisons avec d’autres produits existants ou futurs naissent \u00e9galement. Lorsqu’un produit atteint une bonne maturit\u00e9, alors il commence \u00e0 se combiner avec d’autres pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des clients.<\/td><\/tr>
Pivot<\/td>Lorsque la direction prise par un produit est remise en question, et qu’un nouveau choix d’orientation est pris, avec un nouveau p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre et une nouvelle feuille de route.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00f4les du Product Management sont nombreux et tournent beaucoup autour de celui du Product Manager. Il arrive fr\u00e9quemment qu\u2019un r\u00f4le manquant soit compens\u00e9 par une activit\u00e9 du Product Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par exemple, il arrive qu\u2019on attende du Product Manager qu\u2019il soit expert du sujet, il est donc un Subject Matter Expert. Il peut arriver qu\u2019on le positionne plut\u00f4t au niveau de la strat\u00e9gie, proche du r\u00f4le d\u2019un Product Marketing Manager, et que l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel repose sur un Product Owner. Souvent, dans les startups, le CEO est le product manager.
