Les Product Requirement Documents (PRD)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Un PRD est un document qui articule la vision d’un produit ou d’une fonctionnalit\u00e9, pr\u00e9cisant l’objectif, les hypoth\u00e8ses, les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, les utilisateurs cibles et les crit\u00e8res de succ\u00e8s. Il fournit aux \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9veloppement et de design une feuille de route claire pour la cr\u00e9ation ou l’am\u00e9lioration d’un produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sc\u00e9nario d’usage<\/strong> : Envisagez que vous \u00eates un product manager chez Spotify et que vous ayez pour mission de d\u00e9velopper une fonctionnalit\u00e9 permettant aux utilisateurs de cr\u00e9er des playlists collaboratives. Votre PRD pourrait inclure un objectif comme faciliter le partage de la musique, des exigences fonctionnelles comme la possibilit\u00e9 d’ajouter des permissions pour les utilisateurs qui peuvent modifier la playlist, et des crit\u00e8res de succ\u00e8s comme une augmentation de l’engagement utilisateur avec les playlists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Objectifs Key Results (OKR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

L’approche OKR est un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9finition des objectifs qui permet aux organisations de d\u00e9finir des objectifs strat\u00e9giques et de mesurer leur progression. Les Objectifs sont ce qu’une organisation veut atteindre, et les Key Results sont des mesures quantitatives qui montrent si l’objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sc\u00e9nario d’usage<\/strong> : Toujours avec l’exemple de Spotify, un Objectif pourrait \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0Augmenter l’engagement des utilisateurs avec les playlists\u00a0\u00bb. Les Key Results pourraient inclure \u00ab\u00a0Augmenter le nombre moyen de chansons par playlist de 20%\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Augmenter le nombre de fois o\u00f9 les utilisateurs partagent des playlists de 30%\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
