Elle d\u00e9finit une ambition \u00e0 atteindre et sert de guide pour toutes les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques et tactiques. Cette vision offre une direction claire et inspire les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des solutions de pointe et durables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la Strat\u00e9gie en Product Management ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la vision \u00e9tablie, la strat\u00e9gie du produit entre en jeu. La strat\u00e9gie est le plan d&rsquo;action qui vise \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser la vision. J&rsquo;ai entendu r\u00e9cemment l&rsquo;histoire d&rsquo;un product designer qui souhaitait mener une user research approfondie pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur d&rsquo;un produit. Lorsqu&rsquo;il a voulu d\u00e9buter la d\u00e9marche de cr\u00e9ation du user persona, son manager l&rsquo;a recadr\u00e9 en lui expliquant que cette d\u00e9marche \u00e9tait inutile puisque le marketing \u00e9tait en train de finaliser les buyer personas.
